How To Cool Our Body From Inside
Hi There,
In order to cool our body we should definitely not drink Cool Drinks.While drinking a cool drink you will feel cool but when it goes inside out body it generates heat.So say no to cool drinks.To cool our body we should take coconut water(the best),Fresh Fruit Juices,Lime water, drink water and eat water melon and other fruits.

How to improve digestion
Hi There,
When ever we eat something some amount of energy is spend by the body to digest the food,We can save this energy so that this energy can be used for other purpose.What we have to do is after eating we need to walk for 15 minutes.(no brisk walk)This leads to digestion of food .By doing this we are not using internal energy.It improves our digestion too.
