When ever we eat something some amount of energy is spend by the body to digest the food,We can save this energy so that this energy can be used for other purpose.What we have to do is after eating we need to walk for 15 minutes.(no brisk walk)This leads to digestion of food .By doing this we are not using internal energy.It improves our digestion too.

In order to have stronger bones we need to have sufficient amount of calcium in our body.So we have to take Milk,Cabbage,Cauliflower and calcium tablets.It is advisable to take calcium test thru which you will know the amount of calcium present in your body.
