The vitamin C in lime juice improves disease preventing enzymes.It protects us from some type of viral diseases ,throat pain,asthma .

In order to cool our body we should definitely not drink Cool Drinks.While drinking a cool drink you will feel cool but when it goes inside out body it generates heat.So say no to cool drinks.To cool our body we should take coconut water(the best),Fresh Fruit Juices,Lime water, drink water and eat water melon and other fruits.
