Hi There,
Today the most common problem faced by many among us is obesity (ie) having extra fat in out body which leads to many complications such as heart alignment,Diabetes apart from others. There is a simple way thru which we can melt the fat in our body.Daily after Dinner we need to walk for 15 minutes and then take 2 fresh betal leaves ,wrap it and put 4 to 5 pieces of pepper in it and chew it well.If you feet it is too hot then afterwards you can drink butter milk.Pepper helps in melting the fat.Slowly you will become thin.
Please do not over eat. Please do not eat rice at night.Eat light food.
Please do make a note that this tip wont work if u eat Non-Veg Food.
Non Veg contains very high amount of fat.My tip reduces fat and when u eat non veg u again gain fat and it will lead to a never ending cycle.
Please just stop non veg for a month or 2 and follow my tip u will notice the change for sure.
After following my tip for 1 month ur tummy will become light and then u can start doing streching exercies while following the tip for faster reduction of fat.
My blog gives tips related to Jobs,Health,Beauty,Economy etc.In other way in almost all aspects of life

How to improve digestion
Hi There,
When ever we eat something some amount of energy is spend by the body to digest the food,We can save this energy so that this energy can be used for other purpose. What we have to do is after eating we need to walk for 15 minutes.(no brisk walk)This leads to digestion of food .By doing this we are not using internal energy. It improves our digestion too.
