How to prepare Cheese Noodle Cutlets

Cheese Noodle Cutlets

Ingredients: 2 cups semi-boiled broken noodles,1/4 cup wheat flour,1 cup spinach chopped,1 onion chopped.1 tsp ginger paste,1/2 tsp garlic paste,1/2 cup grated carrot,salt,black pepper to taste,100 gm cheese,1 egg, 1 cup bread crumbs,1 cup milk.

Method:Mix noodles with the wheat flour,spinach,grated carrot,ginger,garlic and chopped onions.Set aside.

For white sauce:Heat i tbsp oil in a pan.Fry the wheat flour on low heat.On changing colour, remove form fire.Add milk slowly while stirring continuously.Put the mixture back on low heat till it thickens.Remove from heat and allow to cool.Add salt,black pepper and half a cube of grated cheese .

To the noodle mixture add half the white sauce and mix well.Add more white sauce if required so as to obtain a semi solid consistency.

For making of the cutlets - Keep the total mixture on your palm and flatten it. cut the balance cheese into small cubes and place one cube in the middle of the mixture.Now fold into an egg-lke shape,dip into whipped egg,roll it in bread crumb and deep fry.

Garnish with coriander leaves,mint leaves,spring onions,cabbage and sliced tomatoes and don't spare a single one.
