Pista are good for health.In these we get potassium in larger quanties.FOr controlling liquids in our body potassium is very usefull.These have B6 vitamins which are help full in creation of proteins in our body.In pistas the calories are less when compared with other dry fruits.
Pista's has the nature of curing heart diseases.They contain Anit-oxidants in larger quanities.
As per recent research it has been found that pista prevents us from getting cancer.
But as pista contains mono saturated fats we should not consume large quantities.
For a week we should not exceed 15 to 20 gms of pista(consumption).

Why water is neccessary for us
Hi there,
Our body weight constitutes 60% of water. Water exists in blood, and other liquid quantities which exist in our body.Water plays an important role in removing wastage from our body. Our body looses water in the form of sweat and also thru Urine.This lose of water should be be filled by drinking pure water.A health person should drink around 5 glasses(1 ltr approx) of water daily.
When it is hot,when we are strained physically we loose lot of water thru sweat.There fore the need for plenty of water increases so we need to drink water.
If we want the water to be pure the water must not contain bacteria,viruses and other parasites.
And also pesticides,industrial wastes,nitrades,floride should not exist in larger quanties.
Larger quanties of Floride in water results in weak bones,teeth.
In general in 1 ltr of water should contain 0.5-0.8 grams floride only.(it is safe).
If not water is not pure then we should boil water for 10 to 15 minutes.By doing so all the germs will be dead.But chemicals will wont go.
For purifying 20 lts of water 500 gms of chlorine tablets can be used.
